We all know him from TinyPortal, he is one of the main theme converters so themes will work on TP, a while ago he started making his own themes, so lets see how crip works.
1. How long have you been writing themes for SMF?
My 1st Theme was BlackRain, I made it a little over a year ago.
2. Where do you draw your inspiration for creating new themes?
Def. via other good themers, mostly Bloc and sloopz, panic..and a few more as well.
3. If you had one piece of advice for "newbie" theme creators what would it be?
Ok if your just starting out, you are gonna get parse errors so don't be surprised when one pops up, always go index.php?theme=1 to get back to work..and remember we all were once "newbies".
4. If you could pick just one theme as your favourite theme which one is it?
Always has been and prolly always will be Black22 by Mr. Bloc!
5. What takes up your time when your not banging your head against a computer screen?
OK I'm disabled, a Quadriplegic by definition and I turn in earlier than most just to relieve the pressure off my butt, being paralyzed a pressure sore is that last thing you want to get..so I get in bed and watch mostly SCI/FI series and or movies..just listen to the stereo sometimes.
6. Finally, if you could submit one do and one don't for creating a theme what would it be?
Don't give up know matter what, just think about Crip and how he has to work typing with a stick in his mouth just to type one (1) letter, or digit or a " or a > & </..
